Tak lek

Some people are so tak lek. Woi. Lek la woi.

I should post things like this on Twitter but I refuse.

Everyone in this country dah semakin tak lek. Ok let me define 'tak lek' for you. Tak means no/not, and lek is a short form of relax. Meaning tak lek means not chilled or not calm.

With the increasing usage of social networking sites (Twitter Facebook etc), everyone has their own medium to express their opinions and show it to the world.

Nowadays, there are a lot of things happening in Malaysia, for example the picture of two individuals wishing selamat berpuasa while eating bak kut teh, the selamat hari raya video with the dog and a lot more.

The law enforcers took the matter very seriously and some of them ended up with jail time, even though some of the more liberal people think that what they did were just minor mistakes.

Surprisingly, suddenly a lot of users on Twitter and Facebook has their own opinion on the matter and decided to post their opinions online for everyone to read. And some of them didn't even do any research before posting their 'opinions' (but were very firm on their beliefs). They posted it on the grounds that they read some blog (with an unknown source).

Some people just post stuff that they feel people wanted to hear instead of facts, and get lots of support and likes and retweets (because that's what society is like nowadays. They only listen to what they want to hear.)

Yes, you are entitled to your own opinion. But isn't it wrong to say something that's not even close to the truth? Isn't it wrong to say something that may hurt other's feelings? To hate and hate and hate?

If you say "oh it's my twitter I can tweet whatever I want its my mouth I can say whatever I want" ah kau ingat ni lagu Miley Cyrus ke apa.

If you truly feel there's something wrong with the system or anything, go through the right medium to fix it. Run for parliament or whatever else that makes you be heard by the government. Not just by ranting on social sites (and annoying everyone else who does not have the same views as you).

And if you have views, give facts. Real facts. And keep the opinion professional. Nak debat tak salah pun, ada medium lain pulak.

And oh yeah, one more thing. Social sites are not to be taken too seriously. Some people joke around a lot and not everything they say means anything. Some people post hate statuses because this other guy posted a joke he didn't get. Tak lek langsung.

Hello and welcome everyone to this not-so-wonderful blog where I write nonsense and random shiznits yes I am that awesome sorry I am narcissistic but I'm a nice narcissistic yes I don't know what I'm talking about.

Hi today I'm gonna tell you something. Something's that been bothering me for quite some time. Well, its not that bad but, its kinda.... bad but what the heck.

You guys know the website called www.ask.fm? Its a website for random people to ask you questions about anything anonymously or you can state your name if you have an account. Its quite similar to www.formspring.me but I'm not sure why people prefer this over formspring. Dunia makin maju katanya.

Okay.

I'm not saying I'm hot or anything ok tak hot pun sebenarnya but I've received a lot (and I mean A LOT) of questions on this website. Ok most of them are like insults saying I'm fat but whatever some of them are really creepy wey sumpah.

One of them (or more I don't know they're anonymouses) keep asking me questions about my life and what I did during the holidays and some of them ask me personal questions about my friends la apa la. I mean, HOW DO YOU GUYS KNOW THESE THINGS.

Some of them sounded like "Olan do you like me?" "Olan, i like you in the most platonic way, i hope I wasn't leading you on" "Olan yu so fetz" "Olan kenapa nak lepak dengan Ha Latep"

Wtf.

I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE. PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME.

One night, I received a total of 48 questions.YES ONE NIGHT. NOT DAY. NIGHT. And the anons who asked me questions started fighting against each other because one of them were messing with the other anon by contradicting to their question and acting like its the other anon, then the other anon called the anon a bitch then the other anon emo lak. Then suddenly nama orang lain pulak masuk, (wafie), then takpasalpasal one of the anons kutuk that guy! I was like what. Ok. Yeah do it here memang my page untuk korang kutuk orang pun.

I was sick and had flu when I received the questions and It quite messed with my head. Some of them posed as someone else la why do they do that? Are you trying to ruin my friendship with someone? What are your motives? What is your objective? WHAT HAVE I EVER DONE TO ANY OF YOU

But it's okay. I'm okay. I answer every single question (eventhough some of them aren't really questions but weird sounds typed in) except for the ones asking about my personal and private things.

The website is supposed to be fun and helps us know each other better as we see how people answer to unfamiliar people's questions. Don't ruin it by trying to ruin someone's friendship or anything like that. I love my friends and I wouldn't want to lose any of them.

I'm very sorry if I've offended any of the anons with my sarcastic answers. Its all fun and games.

Yes, it is. Hello everyone. Macam pembukaan speech tak? Memang. Yes. Hi. Everyone sihat? Alhamdulillah mari kita teruskan ke agenda utama. Ok I tengah fikir apa agenda utama malam ni.

Yes. It's 2013. We survived 21/12/2012 yay us! Peh padahal bukan ada apa pun. It's just a prophecy or some kind. I don't really believe it anyway. Okay back to business.

Okay usually girls do this. Put in a random picture of them in the blog to make it less boring. So am I doing it right?

So, 2012 has been quite good to me. Apart from the success in KY (becoming House captain, winning some stuff, etc etc), I made a lot of new friends!  And I mean a lot. From KMB, Taylors, KMS, INTEC fuh really cool coz I love making new friends. Some of them are really really close to me now, so I'm really really grateful. Alhamdulillah. My highlight of the year.

And also apart from the good things, there are also bad things. Some friends tend to drift apart when we disagree on something. We have to learn to agree to disagree, or try to solve things like adults. Yeap, we're adults. ADULTS. A-D-U-L- okay that's enough.

I almost forgot! You guys (if there's anyone...) have to watch Les Miserables! You guys just have to, if you're a music person like me. It's an awesome musical played by Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and more. It is epic and a must download when the 1080p version is out. Yes, a pirate's life's for me.

I'm starting college again tomorrow and I didn't touch any of the books I brought back. Peh plan 15th Dec la 21 Dec la apa la dah January dah tak sentuh gak. Macamano nih haih~ haih~ haih~ Tapi sumpah this Sem I'm gonna go all out. Fuh yes all out wey bring it on. Oh yes yes! I also made a bet with Fasiha Latiff, that I'm gonna be slim by the end of this Semester.

If I'm slim and handsome you guys have to call me uncle.

By the way, I'm extremely curious with one (I think there's one) of the anonymous' in ask.fm. She (I think its a she) asks weird questions and seem to know stuff. A lot. She asks me and Najwa Adnan the same question once. And she asks Najwa questions about me! Wey lek does she likes me :3 ok tak gurau bye.

I have an idea of who that is but I malas ah. Let her ask. I kind of like this anon.

I hope I will be a better, healthier man (YES MAN I'M TURNING 20 IN A FEW DAYS ERMERGERD I'M OLD ARGH I CAN DIE ok dah) with more willingness to study, treat my parents right and make them proud.
